Luxgen U5. 2017–19 (prod. n/a). 5-door sedan. F/F, 1556 cm³ (I4 DOHC). Five-door version of Luxgen S3 with crossover addenda, with Dongfeng-supplied four. Initially successful on the home market, and the best selling Luxgen for some years. Issues included carbon deposits and poor refinement. Sales quickly dwindled, with only 333 units made in 2019, leading to its cancellation that November.
