Ford Ikon/Ford Fiesta Sedan (C195). 2000–8 (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan. F/F, 999, 1299 cm³ (I4 OHV), 1597, 1599 cm³ petrol, 1753 cm³ diesel (I4 OHC). Booted, 4·22 m-long version of Ford Fiesta Mk V, sold in Brazil and México as the Fiesta Sedan. India was first to get the model, with more basic components to keep the cost down; Brazilian model more sophisticated and featured a dual-fuel version powered by 1599 cm³ Flex engine. Replaced in Brazil in 2004, but continued in India till 2008, when a facelifted version débuted. Ikon was not the best handler and suffered from body roll, while the diesel was lethargic.
