Chevrolet Blazer EV. 2024 to date (prod. n/a). 5-door wagon. F/F, R/R, F/R/A, 85 (g), 102 (g) kWh electric. Blazer nameplate winds up on a low-slung wagon (two inches lower than regular Blazer) on GM’s Ultium platform. Far longer wheelbase than ICE Blazer, but similar overall length. Good headroom and comfortable seats, and useful storage spaces. Large (17·7 in) central screen inside, complemented by 11 in driver display. Choice of front-, rear, or all-wheel drive. Performance of mainstream Blazer EVs more akin to petrol-powered Blazers rather than EV rivals. Good range from batteries, which can be recharged quickly (190 kW maximum charge rate).
