From AutocadeVauxhall Victor/Vauxhall VX4/90 (FD). 1967–71 (prod. 198,085). 4-door saloon, 5-door estate. F/R, 1599, 1975 cm³ (I4 OHC), 3294 cm³ (I6 OHV). Advanced-looking Victor had stronger, American-influenced styling, and looked impressive on paper with OHC engines. Also promoted with performance image. The reality left something to be desired, and the cars were less solid than they appeared. Estate from 1968, mid-term facelift 1970. Saloons were not available on the home market with the six (that went into the Vauxhall Ventora (FD)), but an estate was. However, New Zealand had a locally assembled Victor 3300 saloon. Bucket seats standard on VX4/90.
