VAZ 21099. 1990–2003 (prod. 1,040,475). 4-door saloon. F/F, 1288, 1499, 1596 cm³ (I4 OHC). Booted VAZ 2109, exported usually as Lada Samara or Forma; Diva in Belgium and Sagona in France. Supposedly a step up, with longer front, with a new grille, and a new dashboard inside (eventually transferred to the hatchbacks). Flagship in the VAZ range till the introduction of the VAZ 2110—better than the Zhigulis, but still outdated and sold on price.
