Steyr–Fiat 126
From AutocadeSteyr–Fiat 126. 1973–6 (prod. 2,069). 2-door saloon. R/R, 643 cm³ (I2 OHV). Rebodied 500 and clone of Fiat 126. As with the last 500s, bodies and transmission were made in Italy and Steyr–Puch’s only task was to install the 25 PS version of its 643 cm³ engine. Demand never picked up, and after 1976, 126s came built-up from Italy, although they continued to don the Steyr tag for some years after.
Marque: Steyr–Puch | Predecessor: Steyr–Puch 500 | Successor: Fiat 126
