2012 Peugeot 4008.jpg

Peugeot 4008 (GA3W/GA4W). 2012 to date (prod. n/a). 5-door SUV. F/F, F/A, 1560, 1798 cm³ diesel, 1998 cm³ petrol (I4 DOHC). Peugeot version of the Mitsubishi RVR (GA3), manufactured in Japan. Follow-up to the 4007, but with less obvious Mitsubishi connection, thanks to unique styling, though doors and roof shared. Wider track, harsher ride, and not the most responsive steering, in an attempt to make the 4008 sportier than the RVR. Replaced in China in 2016 with 3008-based model, but wearing the same nameplate.
