While based on B15 Sunny platform, it would be fair to consider the Sentra a separate line from 2000, with its own body and range of engines. Marketed more as a sporting sedan for the North American markets, with six-speed option on Spec V model. A more handsome car than the equivalent Sunny in Asia.
