Lotus Emira (Type 131). 2021 to date (prod. n/a). 2-door coupé. M/R, 1991 cm³ (I4 DOHC), 3456 cm³ (V6 DOHC). Launched in 2021 and shown at Goodwood that year, with the intent of being Lotus’s final internal combustion engine model. Attractive styling, with shades of the Lotus Evija, and size-wise, very similar to its predecessor. Originally with a Toyota V6 with 405 PS, then a Mercedes-Benz four was added, developing 365 PS. Better resolved interior than Evora, though overall build quality could do with improvement. Clunky gearshift and over-sensitive brakes, but quick, sharp handling.
