Lexus ES300h F Sport.jpg

Lexus ES (AXZH10). 2018–25 (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan. F/F, 1998, 2487 cm³ petrol, 2487 cm³ petrol–electric hybrid (I4 DOHC), 3456 cm³ (V6 DOHC). Longer, wider, though just as tall as the outgoing ES, the seventh-generation model grew most in overall length, though wheelbase also went up 50 mm. GA-K platform, for better ride and comfort, something at which Lexus succeeded. Launched at Beijing 2018, with sales commencing in Japan that October. Digital outer mirror, the first for a mass-produced vehicle. More global than predecessor, as ES replaced GS in many markets, including Europe and China. Not the most enticing to drive, but excellent quality.

Manufacturing locations: Miyawaka, Fukuoka, Japan; Georgetown, Kentucky, USA; Bidadi, Karnataka, India

Marque: Lexus | Model: Lexus ES | Predecessors: Lexus ES (V60L), Lexus GS (L10) | Successor: Lexus ES (AXZH20)
