Dongfeng Aeolus Yixuan (東風風神奕炫/东风风神奕炫) (D53). 2019 to date (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan, 5-door wagon. F/F, 999 cm³ (I3 DOHC), 1460, 1476, 1496 cm³ (I4 DOHC), 47­·7 kWh electric. C-segment fastback sedan, originally shown as the D53, based on the PSA CMP platform shared with the DS 3 Crossback. Electric model had a 400 km range (NEDC). Original petrol units both turbocharged, delivering better than average power, though units were eventually superseded in 2023 by the 1476 cm³ turbo and 1496 cm³ normally aspirated fours. Crossover wagon called Yixuan GS. Good use of soft plastics in interior, including centre console and door handles. Plenty of safety equipment, including traction control and lane-keep assist. Wheelbase at 2,680 mm, reasonable but not best in class. Average boot space for sedan.
