Citroën C-Crosser.jpg

Citroën C-Crosser. 2007–12 (prod. 47,800 approx.). 5-door SUV. F/F, F/A, 1997, 2179 cm³ diesel, 2359 cm³ petrol (I4 DOHC). Identical to Peugeot 4007 other than badges , grille and trim, so same comments apply. In summary, a Mitsubishi Outlander (CW) with a new nose, whose primary purpose is to provide Citroën with an entrant in the SUV market. About as far away from the Citroën brand character as one can get. The French would have banned SUVs from Paris if it weren’t for Peugeot, Citroën and Renault suddenly announcing they had these in the offing.

Manufacturing location: Okazaki, Aichi, Japan

Marque: Citroën | Successor: Citroën C4 Aircross (2012–17)
