Bentley Azure. 2005–11 (prod. n/a). 2-door convertible. F/R, 6761 cm³ (V8 OHV). All-new Azure, this time based on the Bentley Arnage platform. Roomier than predecessor, especially at rear, and heavily revised engine with slight capacity increase. Twin turbochargers, 875 Nm of torque, and still appalling fuel economy, dropping into the single digits (9 mpg). Ancient three-speed gearbox replaced in 2007, with six-speed unit from lesser Continental; Azure T, performance model, from 2009, with power increased from 450 to 507 PS, replacing regular model.
