Subaru BRZ (ZD8). 2021 to date (prod. n/a). 2-door coupé. F/R, 2387 cm³ (F4 DOHC). Evolution of original BRZ, with carryover platform, but with input from the Subaru Global Platform, increasing torsional rigidity by 50 per cent. EyeSight active safety system. Styling an evolution as well, with double-bubble roof and rear-drive proportions. No turbo, for a purer, “analogue” drive. Increased power from larger engine. Excellent handling and transmission as before.
