Proton Iriz (GSC/PCC/P2-30A). 2014 to date (prod. n/a). 5-door sedan. F/F, 1332, 1597 cm³ (I4 DOHC). Stronger, safer replacement for basic Savvy, with new engines. Supposedly benchmarked against the Ford Fiesta Mk VII and Volkswagen Polo V. However, not the most refined. Some body roll, but reasonably good handling. Not as roomy as Honda Fit (GK) but much improved interior. Well equipped, with minimum of dual airbags, ABS, hill-start assist, electronic stability control and traction control.
