2016 Peugeot 308.jpg

Peugeot 308 (T70/T71/T72/T76). 2007–21 (prod. 1,072,551 at end of 2011). 3-, 4- and 5-door saloon, 5-door estate, 2-door coupé–cabriolet. F/F, 1360, 1587, 1598, 1997 cm³ petrol, 1560, 1997 cm³ diesel (I4 DOHC). Basically a revised 307 (same platform) with longer, wider and taller new body and improved quality. Panoramic roof option a nice luxury for the class and very refined, but not the most spirited in the C-segment. Really a Peugeot for the masses. Estate (T72) added 2008, with coupé–convertible (T76) 2009. Russian manufacture from 2010. Four-door Sedan, directly replacing 307 Sedan, from 2011, complementing 408, also based off this platform, but with a 2,612 mm wheelbase, up 4 mm. Brazilian launch, with updated badging, in 2012; 1587 cm³ and 2·0 Flex engines. Facelifted in Argentina for the 2016 model year.

Manufacturing locations: Mulhouse, Alsace, France; Sochaux, Doubs, France; Kaluga, Russia; Brazil; Argentina
