Nissan Teana
From AutocadeLarge Nissan sedan and a replacement for both the long-running Laurel and the Cefiro, on the same platform as the contemporary Nissan Altima, sold from 2003. Teana is sold mostly in Asia-Pacific countries as Nissan’s rival to the Toyota Camry, with four- and six-cylinder powerplants. The cars are refined but not that inspiring, and while sold with Cefiro and Maxima badges in some export markets, lack the sporting edge that those model names imply. The name went on the Altima in 2013, beginning with the Chinese market, then to Thailand and Japan.
