Morris 1500. 1969–72 (prod. 26,000 approx.). 4-door sedan, 5-door wagon. F/F, 1485 cm³ (I4 OHC). ADO16 with larger engine for Australian market, and some exported to New Zealand. Replaced Morris 1100 in Australian market. Usual ADO16 virtues of good handling and practicality but with performance boost; Nomad, the estate, offered greater versatility. Overdrive in 1970.
