Mitsubishi eK (H81W). 2001–6 (prod. 644,560 from 2001–6; may include some H82W). 5-door wagon. F/F, F/A, 657 cm³ (I3 OHC). Replacement for Toppo BJ, though sold alongside that model till it was deleted in 2004. A tall wagon, in contrast to the long-running Minica, and essentially a derivative of that model. Basic model called eK Wagon; eK Sport model, with turbo, added 2002, with various equipment upgrades during the run. The eK Classy was added in 2003, with a large, more formal grille and more equipment. Mid-term changes in 2003 for Wagon and Sport; further changes for emissions for all models in 2004. Final derivative, eK Active, from 2004, a raised version with SUV looks and turbo engine. Nissan Otti OEM version from 2005.
