Datsun Redi-Go (I2). 2016 to date (prod. n/a). 5-door sedan. F/F, 799 cm³ (I3 DOHC). Described as an ‘urban cross’, but actually Datsun of India’s entry-level hatchback, rivalling the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Alto (2012–). Basically a Datsun version of the Renault Kwid. Tall design, decent ground clearance for rougher Indian roads, and reasonably economical, with gearing suited to urban use.
