From AutocadeDaewoo Rezzo (U100). 2000–9 (prod. n/a). 5-door MPV. F/F, 1598, 1998 cm³ (I4 DOHC), 1761, 1998 cm³ petrol, 1998 cm³ LPG (I4 OHC). MPV based around Daewoo Nubira tech, with design by Pininfarina. Daewoo’s first foray into the mid-sized MPV market. In theory a seven-seater, though realistically too narrow to fit three abreast; sold in some markets as a five-seater. Driver’s airbag from 2001. Mid-term facelift in 2005. Not reliable, with a recall in its home market, and poor sales led to its deletion there in 2007. Comfortable ride, but cheap interior materials, and dynamically forgettable. Investigations in Korea showed that there were serious manufacturing defects, leading to the piston rings being cut and the cylinder walls being worn more quickly, causing oil to leak. Also sold as Daewoo Tacuma, Chevrolet Rezzo, Chevrolet Tacuma, and Chevrolet Vivant.
Marque: Daewoo | Successor: Chevrolet Orlando (2010–18)
