F/R, F/A, 1949 cm³ (I4 OHC), 1999, 2474 cm³ petrol, 2238 cm³ diesel (I4 OHV), 2838, 4298 cm³ (V6 OHV) Chevrolet’s downsized Blazer, running alongside the original model. No detachable top, but otherwise apeing the larger vehicle, with crisper, modern styling. Twinned with GMC S-15 Jimmy. Four-door models from 1991 model year. Regular changes during the run, usually toward having more power.
