Much-hyped electric sedan from well regarded cellphone brand, with a claimed C_d of 0,195, the lowest at the time of launch. Xiaomi originally announced its intention to build cars in 2021, giving SU7 a reasonable gestation, and hundreds of prototypes covering 5·4 million kilometres. Adaptive dampers, adjustable rear wing. Ranges on optimistic CLTC at 700 km for base model, 800 km for Max and 830 km for Pro. Manufactured for Xiaomi by Beijing at a new factory.
