Wolseley 1300 Mk II.jpg

Wolseley 1100 Mk II/Wolseley 1300 Mk II (ADO16). 1967–73 (prod. 27,470 all 1300). 4-door saloon. F/F, 1098, 1275 cm³ (4 cyl. OHV). Mk II followed the stylistic changes in other ADO16s, with cut-back fins and tidier appearance. Initially with single-carb 1·3, before that was changed to the 65 bhp twin-carb in April 1968. The 1100 was deleted in February 1968; confusingly, some were badged 1300. Automatic optional—that model was fitted with a single-carb 60 bhp 1·3. All-synchromesh gearbox not shared with the MG, which had a close-ratio unit.

Manufacturing location: Longbridge, Birmingham, England

Marque: Wolseley | Model: Wolseley 1100 | Predecessor: Wolseley 1100, 1275 Mk I | Successor: Austin Allegro Mk I
