Volvo PV 544. 1958–65 (prod. 243,996) 2-door saloon. F/R, 1583, 1780 cm³ (I4 OHV). Improved version of PV 444, recognizable by single-piece curved windscreen, interior changes and four-speed gearbox. Larger engine from P1800 from 1961 (PV 544C), power upped to 95 bhp in August 1965. Production ceased in October 1965.
