Volkswagen Tiguan (5N/PQ35). 2007–16 (prod. n/a). 5-door and 5-door LWB SUV. F/A, 1390, 1395, 1984 cm³ petrol, 1968 cm³ diesel (I4 DOHC). Vehicle on Volkswagen Golf V platform, related to Audi Q3, in an attempt to capture more sales as SUV craze began dying down. Dull looks, but good handling and interior. Diesel unit showing its age by this point. Facelift in 2010 to bring Tiguan in line with new corporate look. LWB model has an extra 10 mm, for Chinese market; Chinese production from 2009.
