Volkswagen Passat (B6) with lowered roofline, designed to compete with Mercedes-Benz CLS (C219). CC denotes Comfort Coupé. Strict four-seater. Marketed as more upscale than regular Passat. V6 feels heavy; four-cylinder models better balanced; 1·8 TSI delivers 160 PS thanks to turbocharging, but no supercharging. Facelift for 2012, to bring CC in line with rest of Volkswagen range, and the Passat moniker dropped.
