Generally believed to be last all-British Vauxhall before Opel took charge of engineering for both brands, though vehicle actually has commonalities with Opel Rekord D. Mid-Atlantic styling not very graceful and considered bland, as buyers went to Ford Cortina and Consul instead. Rust an issue for collectors. Renamed VX for 1976.
