Toyota Sprinter (E110). 1995–2000 (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan, 2-door coupé. F/F, F/A, 1331, 1498, 1587 cm³ (I4 DOHC), 1974, 2184 cm³ diesel (I4 OHC). Final fling for Sprinter nameplate. Sedan essentially a six-light version of the E110 Corolla, with carryover platform and less than imaginative styling. Mid-term changes 1997. Smaller diesel engine replaced by larger one in 1998. Sprinter Trueno coupé (also the final appearance for this nameplate) deleted due to poor sales. Carib, the wagon, covered separately.
