Badge-engineered version of the Daihatsu Boon, sold in the Japanese domestic market, replacing the Toyota Duet, itself a Daihatsu product (the Storia). Daihatsu designed, developed and built the first two generations, though Toyota headed the planning and marketing, hence the existence of Toyota model codes. The seven-seat version, the Boon Luminas, became the Toyota Passo Sette. The third generation, from 2016, was exclusively a Daihatsu effort. The smallest passenger car sold by Toyota at launch.

Marque: Toyota | Predecessor: Toyota Duet
