Toyota Ist (NCP60). 2002–7 (prod. n/a). 5-door sedan. F/F, F/A, 1298, 1496 cm³ (I4 DOHC). Inoffensive, rounded subcompact wagon on the Toyota Vitz (P10) platform, exported to North America as Scion XA, where it was expected to be the main seller (the BB-based XB outsold it). Cheaper than Honda Fit (GD). Refresh in 2005. Generally a well equipped, urban econobox.
