Upmarket Camry with same wheelbase and central section, but more formal front and rear ends. Sold as Camry in some markets (e.g. China). Replaced first-generation Avalon in Australia, where it challenges [[Ford Falcon]] and [[Holden Commodore]]. Styled by Paul Beranger, formerly of Ford Australia.
