ItalDesign-styled luxury model (similar ideas surfaced in 1990, two years after the house began work on the Aristo, on its [[Jaguar]] Kensington concept). Exported as [[Lexus GS]] 300 and related to [[Toyota Crown Majesta (S140)]]; unlike the Majesta, it was a regular sedan rather than a hardtop. Considered an attractive, well proportioned and clean shape at the time, albeit somewhat anonymous. Straight sixes, one turbocharged; four-litre V8 shared with [[Toyota Celsior (F10)|Celsior]]; engines considered underpowered for the heavy car, especially with its sporting ambitions. Mid-term changes 1994, safety equipment improved 1995. C<sub>d</sub> at 0,31. Well built, if lacking in personality.
