Suzuki Vitara. 2015 to date (prod. n/a). 5-door SUV. F/F, F/A, 1586 cm³ petrol, 1598 cm³ diesel (I4 DOHC). Hungarian-made SUV, launching in Europe first. No ‘Grand’ tag this time, and smaller than predecessor, with greater emphasis on style. Now competing with the likes of the Nissan Juke and Renault Captur, with numerous customization options. Interior plastics still harsh given what Suzuki says its new market is, but well equipped. Not the best ride, but steering and handling acceptable and secure.
