1995 Suzuki Alto 660 SV.jpg

Suzuki Alto (HA11/HA11S/HA21S/HB11S/HA21S/HC11V/HD11V). 1994–8 (prod. n/a). 3- and 5-door sedan. F/F, F/A, 657 cm³ (I3 OHC), 657 cm³ (I3 DOHC). Better space efficiency despite the same wheelbase, and low base price (¥470,000). No more Slide Slim: Alto went conventional, especially with a recession—there were cost reductions all round. Sport model dubbed Works, but wider, taking these variants of the Alto into the higher 5 segment for taxation. Facelift in 1997 with larger grille and tailgate shape changed, and grip handle added to rear hatch. Plenty of special editions throughout the run.

Manufacturing location: Japan

Marque: Suzuki | Model: Suzuki Alto | Predecessor: Suzuki Alto (CL11) | Successor: Suzuki Alto (HA12)
