Sunbeam Alpine IV. 1964–5 (prod. 12,406). 2-door convertible, 2-door coupé. F/R, 1592 cm³ (4 cyl. OHV). Rear styling changes with fins tidied up and new grille for Series IV. Both convertible and hardtop now had the same engine and engine tune, with overdrive or automatic option. Engine modified to meet EPA regulations in US. Veneered dashboard on GT hardtop. All-synchromesh gearbox from October 1964.
