Subaru Leone. 1984–94 (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan, 5-door wagon, 3-door coupé. F/F, F/A, 1298, 1595 cm³ (I4 OHV), 1781 cm³ (I4 OHC). More aerodynamic (Cd 0,35), cleaner Leone, also badge-engineered for Isuzu as the Geminett in van form from 1988 to 1993. Sedan and wagon initially, coupé from 1985. Minor changes 1986. Legacy released in 1989, replacing more upscale Leones, while the rest of the range was replaced by the first-generation Impreza. Known for durability and its all-wheel-drive capability, and more international in feel than its predecessor.
