Soueast (東南/东南) DX5. 2019 to date (prod. n/a). 5-door SUV. F/F, 1499 cm³ (I4 DOHC). Well priced small crossover, with the flagship at under 100,000元 at launch (base model coming in at 69,990元). Wheelbase at 2,615 mm, only 5 mm up from DX3; same width as its sister car, at 1,840 mm. CVT for more expensive models, geared toward comfort and city driving. Chassis tuned for sporty handling, with independent rear suspension. Suspension absorbed bumps reasonably well—a decent all-rounder for Soueast.
