Simca Regente
From AutocadeSimca Regente. 1966–7 (prod. unknown). 4-door sedan. F/R, 2414 cm³ (V8 OHV). Low-line successor to Chambord series, effectively replacing Profisional. Made for one year only, before Chrysler took over Simca Brasil. Development of Chambord, which could trace its origins back to Ford France, with roof, doors and boot carried over. More powerful engine, now developing 140 hp, but really an effective facelift.
Marque: Simca | Predecessor: Simca Profisional | Successor: Chrysler Regente q.v. Simca Esplanada
