Saehan Gemini. 1977–81 (prod. 18,900 approx.). 4-door sedan. F/R, 1492, 1584 cm³ (I4 OHC). Replacement for Holden Torana (LJ)-based Chevrolet 1700 and Camina (1976–8), arriving not a moment too soon. Based on original Isuzu Gemini (1976–9). Far more refined, with OHC engine, but thirsty in Korean form. Body comparatively narrow, but performance and boot space considered its strong points on the Korean market. Exported to some markets as Saehan Bird.

Manufacturing location: Korea

Marque: Saehan | Predecessors: Chevrolet 1700, Camina (1976–8) | Successor: Saehan Maepsy
