SEAT Toledo (VW253CS/MQB). 2012 to date (prod. n/a). 5-door saloon. F/F, 1198 cm³ (3 cyl. DOHC), 1197 cm³ (4 cyl. OHC), 1390 cm³ petrol, 1598 cm³ diesel (4 cyl. DOHC). Second of the MQB trio to début, with Toledo name revived after a three-year absence. Built in the Czech Republic alongside its twin, the Škoda Rapid (MQB), with the same range of engines. However, initial reports indicate a poor ride but better handling than the Toledo, in line with SEAT’s sporty image.
