Booted version of Ibiza, launched at Frankfurt in 1993, also with ItalDesign styling. Coupé and estate (Vario) from 1996. Identical to the Ibiza mechanically, though slightly slower thanks to the added weight from the rear end. Badge-engineered as the Volkswagen Polo Classic, and, made, briefly from June 1995, by FAW in China as the City Golf, with the Volkswagen badge on the SEAT grille.
