Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II. 1959–62 (prod. 2,717 incl. 299 LWB). 4-door saloon, 4-door LWB saloon, 2-door convertible. F/R, 6230 cm³ (V8 OHV). Silver Cloud gets an all-aluminium V8, power steering and Hydramatic standard. Famed for the David Ogilvy advertising campaign, with copy claiming that at 60 mph the loudest noise came from the clock. Minor bodywork differences to I.
