Premier 137 D. 1996–2000 (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan. F/R, 1366 cm³ diesel (I4 OHC). Diesel version of the Padmini, with a few more horsepower, in the hope Premier could squeeze some extra sales in a newly liberated market turning against its favour. Same power output as roomier and more modern 1.38 D, which made the 137 D largely redundant. Final version of the Fiat 1100D-derived models.
