Porsche 911. 1968–71 (prod. n/a). 2-door coupé, 2-door Targa convertible. R/R, 1991, 2179, 2247, 2380, 2466, 2494 cm³ (F6 OHC). Wheelbase stretched 57 mm for 1969 model year (from 2,211 mm to 2,268 mm), while Targa got a glass rear window (though the soft window remained in production). Fuel injection introduced, with 911L replaced by 911E, with 140 PS; power for 911S increased to 170 PS as a result. Larger 2·2 introduced in 1969, developing 125 PS, 155 PS and 180 PS for T, E and S respectively. A 911S racing version developed for competition, with 2247 cm³ unit, developing 230 PS to 240 PS; ST (prod. 33 from 1970 to 1971) rarer still, with various capacities.
