2003 Pontiac Bonneville.jpg

Pontiac Bonneville. 2000–5 (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan. F/F, 3791 cm³ (V6 OHV), 4565 cm³ (V8 DOHC). Last gasp for the long-running Bonneville name, which had been on a production car since 1957. V6 OHV again (205 hp), supercharged for SSEi (240 hp), the latter replaced by the GXP with the Cadillac Northstar V8 unit (275 hp) in 2004. Not the best quality with electrical and mechanical faults and leaks; V6 had lower intake manifold gasket issues. Well equipped for the time with anti-lock brakes, though side airbags became optional in lesser models from 2003 to 2005. Traction control for SSEi and GXP.

Manufacturing locations: Lake Orion, Michigan, USA; Hamtramck, Michigan, USA

Marque: Pontiac | Model: Pontiac Bonneville | Predecessor: Pontiac Bonneville (1992–9) | Successor: Pontiac G8
