Pontiac 1000 (T-car). 1984–7 (prod. n/a). 3- and 5-door sedan. F/R, 1398, 1599 cm³ (I4 OHC). Pontiac dropped the T from the name, but given the declining sales, the 1000 received few changes from the 1983 T1000 as it approached the end of its run. Still called Acadian north of the border.
