1974 Plymouth Fury Hardtop.jpg

Plymouth Fury (C-body). 1974 (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan, 2-door coupé, 4-door hardtop sedan, 5-door wagon. F/R, 360, 400, 440 in³ (V8 OHV). Plymouth’s full-size entry redesigned for 1974, with some improvements in handling and comfort, but largely the same formula as “fuselage” cars. Plenty of gremlins in this year as Chrysler’s quality dropped. Twinned with Chrysler Newport (1974–8) and Dodge Monaco (1974).

Manufacturing location: USA

Marque: Plymouth | Model: Plymouth Fury | Predecessor: Plymouth Fury (1969–73) | Successor: Plymouth Gran Fury (1975–7)
