Plymouth Caravelle (E-platform). 1983–8 (prod. over 130,000). 4-door sedan. F/F, 2213, 2507, 2555 cm³ (I4 OHC). Rebadged version of Dodge 600, originally offered in Canada only for 1983 and 1984. As with 600, complemented by a two-door for these years, actually a rebadged Dodge 400. With the demise of the Chrysler E Class in the US market after 1984, Caravelle took its place at Chrysler–Plymouth dealers. Essentially the same car. Chrysler 2·5 replaced Mitsubishi 2·6 in 1986, the same year the car was facelifted.
