Dongfeng Peugeot 408/Peugeot 408. 2010 to date (prod. unknown). 4-door sedan. F/F, 1587, 1997 cm³ (4 cyl. DOHC). Not a replacement for the 407 as the name implies: 408 is essentially a four-door version of the 308 for the Chinese and Latin American markets. Launched in China first under the Dongfeng Peugeot moniker, but developed and designed in France. Marketing emphasized interior space, especially in the rear, important for the Chinese market.
